Terra has been with EDC for nine years, and throughout that time, her title has changed a few times. However, her ultimate goal has remained constant—to provide the best possible customer service, collaborate with a diverse range of individuals, and grow both personally and within the EDC family. Currently, Terra works in outside sales as the account representative for Bass Pro and  the Bass Pro family.

Terra takes great pride in delivering exceptional customer service and adding a touch of flair and funk to her conversations. She thoroughly enjoys searching for those “cool” or “neat” promotional items that her customers can’t resist. Despite being in outside sales, Terra has complete access to her emails and the company’s software through her mobile devices, ensuring that she never misses a beat.

Recognizing the importance of work-life balance in our modern world, Terra has established consistent working hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm CST, Monday through Friday. This schedule allows her to maintain a healthy balance between her professional and personal life.
